For the best computer program for
  "PREDICTION OF ATOMIC SPECTRA"
Programs may be submitted in any high level
language, but any commands not obvious to a
BASIC programmer must be explained in detail.
Right at the start of the Program programmers
should list all physical constants used anywhere
within the program, together with the values used
within the program ,    in m.k.s. units, please.
The prize is IMMORTALITY !
almost eh!
