(resembling AP, the Associated Press).

The supposed biographer, "Hans Grossman", has no publications that
can be traced in Google Scholar.

The supposed mugshot is a well-known photo of Einstein cropped from
a much larger photo taken in the Swiss Patent office

Domestic violence was not considered a crime in Switzerland or anywhere
else in the Western world in 1906. Einstein was not a saint, but even
if he participated in what was considered normal activities of a male
spouse at the time, he would never have been arrested.

Basically, you are citing a completely noncredible source, and many
inconsistencies all point to the story being a complete fabrication.
